I was very happy with the
quality of products I received from Cathay Gems,
although I did find your delivery time a little
slow. I actually ordered different things
from a few companies (being my first overseas
order) to `test them out` - and the others
delivered my order much quicker. That will
not stop me ordering more products very soon
from your company, because I really like the
range and quality of products you have
available.
Oh, and I do like the fact I
can chat online to a consultant when I have an
enquiry about my order. It`s great
customer service!
I am a jewellery
designer and maker and am setting up an online
