Pearls always has an almost mystical place the history of jewelry. Pearls are an enduring classic of beauty and sophistication suitable for almost any occasions or celebrations. Pearl jewelry has come a long way from just simple necklace or earrings, now jewelry designers are coming with more unconventional pearl jewelry.

The classic pearl shape is round. Round pearls are more expensive. Pearls are grown in a variety of shapes, from teardrop to sticks to different asymmetrical shapes. When you choose pearl that aren’t in the traditional round shape, your pearl jewelry becomes a unique personal statement. Pearl’s shape, size ad color depends upon the environment in which it is grown. Pearls are available in so many different colors and look beautiful in all colors. Keshi pearls are very tiny pearls with abnormal shape. Coin pearls are fairly flat surface on both sides and last one are baroque pearls. These pearls does not have any specific shape. These baroque pearls are very popular these days because of their unique shape and natural appeal.
