Large Top Drilled Button Pearl Strand

Top-drilled pearls are often referred to as “dancing” pearls. Only a few markings and surface circles which are mostly occurring on their back sides only. Also called flat shaped or pancake shaped pearls, these can be used for a wide range of jewelry making uses. These button pearls are drilled in a usual way by widthwise at the narrowest end. As a result, many times you will see many more pearls per strand than with other pearl beads. If so, you will also see a higher price per strand.

These flat button pearls are pre-strung, the way the pearls lay when stung would be perfect for use in elegant necklace designs.
